Having worked at FREMAP, Mutual Insurance Company for Workplace Accidents and Professional Diseases of the Social Security, No. 61, in its Zaragoza Centre since February 1989.
The main tasks I carry out are in the areas of:

Clinical Psychology:
Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychological and mental health problems in coordination with the areas of social work and medical services of Fremap; with company medical services; with the C.A.P. and U.S.M. of the S.S.; and with HR or related departments. Primary intervention for the prevention of psychological problems.

Rehabilitation Psychology:
Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychological and mental health problems resulting from work accidents and occupational diseases. Assessment of capacities/skills and reorientation in professional rehabilitation.

Occupational, Organisational and Prevention Psychology:
Professional Selection Advice (new recruits, evaluation, promotion or change of work area, evaluation and adaptation to work teams...).
Preparation of job profiles, making adjustments to the person-job profile, design of assessment processes for competitive examinations and internal promotion processes.
Interventions in situations of intra-organisational crisis (conflict management, obstacles to teamwork...).
Analysis, assessment and advice on selection in activities that may entail professional risks for the worker or for third parties.
Support to HR departments in professional assessment and diagnosis activities from a preventive and holistic perspective of Occupational Health.
Studies and diagnosis in Occupational Health (Motivation, Work Environment, Labor Relations, Job Satisfaction, Absenteeism, Drug Addiction, ...).

Since July 1, 2006 I have been working at PREMAP, Safety and Health (formerly the Prevention Society of FREMAP), being the National Coordinator of the Area of ​​Psychosociology, intensifying all activities related to said area of ​​Prevention:

Design, analysis and evaluations of Psychosocial Risks at all levels of intervention, in all sectors and in all risks that may be linked to the area of ​​psychosociology.

Planning, development and assessment of corrective actions and preventive measures in psychosocial risks.

Performing specific evaluations, research and interventions in the areas of applied psychology linked to prevention.

Interventions in situations of intra-organizational crisis (conflict management, obstacles to teamwork, preventive leadership, etc.).

Intervention programs in attitude and perception of risk in organizations.

Intervention, research and proposal of corrective actions in cases of psychological harassment.
